Elemental Vinyasa module explores the five basic elements all life is based on. We will explore the five elements and their connection to our body/mind using the knowledge of yoga, ayurveda and the nature, and learn how to create flows based on the understanding of the elements. This first part of the module is dedicated to Fire (Agni) and Air (Vayu) element.
This knowledge is a powerful tool we can use to bring balance back into our lives, on and off the mat. It is a weekend of Self-exploration an inward reflection.
