overview

Dream experts say that if you dream of an ocean it represents empowerment and freedom as well as spiritual awakening and renewal. This will be our intention for this week - to connect, free our minds and hearts, empower, awake, renew.

Imagine falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves, enjoying breakfast in the shade of palm trees gazing at the ocean, practicing transformative yoga on a beautiful terrace or under palm trees followed by reading a book in the garden, chilling on the beach, going for a swim, surf or exploring Sri Lanka's natural, cultural and historical treasures. Imagine taking a week for yourself to reconnect, renew, feel empowered and free. Join us and you can do just that.

We will be staying in a beachfront villa with on a small, quiet part of Dalawella beach, close to Unawatuna beach with all the bars and restaurants and not far from historical Galle. The villa is very airy with much space to enjoy some me time as well as socialise with other likeminded souls.

This is a small, boutique experience retreat. Spots are limited to 8 students.

All levels are welcome.

daily yoga practice

Mornings are reserved for a more dynamic practice to prepare you for a day ahead. These fluid Vinyasa classes with meditation, pranayama, mindfully sequenced asanas, mudras and philosophy are designed to heal and integrate your body, mind and Soul. We will also have two sunset pranayama / meditation classes during the week.

Classes are open for all levels as modifications and variations are always given.
We practice on a beautiful terrace surrounded with palm trees overlooking the ocean.

other activities

Sri Lanka is famous for it's world class surf breaks, so surfing is a great option for beginners as well as intermediate / advanced surfers. We will help you organise your daily surf lessons or board rentals if you already surf.

You can also take half day or full day trips to historical Galle, explore Sri Lankas southwest coast beaches, visit tea plantations, national parks, join a cooking lesson etc. Just let us know what you'd like and we'll help you organise your free time.

accommodation & food

We will be staying in a beautiful, new beachfront villa located on a quiet stretch of beach between Unawatuna and Dalawella, two busier beach towns offering many many bars and restaurants. Historical Galle Dutch Fort is 15 min by tuk-tuk.

Prices are based on shared accommodation in a double bedroom with breakfast. The rooms are very large with king double beds and one with a twin bed. Two rooms share one bathroom. No single rooms are available on this property.

We kept the packages basic so you can create your own experience, pick the food you like and activities you like. We can help you arrange all the activities. The villa is fully staffed so if the group decides to have meals at the villa that can be easily arranged.
