Nina is an educator, somatic therapist, yoga therapist, author, and the founder of the Spanda Institute. She holds a bachelor’s degree with honours in Psychology, as well as a postgraduate certificate in the Neuroscience of Mental Health from King’s College, London. She is passionate about bringing science-informed practices into therapy, yoga, and wellness spaces. Through her integrative approach to therapy and education, she is devoted to helping others heal, grow, and thrive. This space reflects that commitment, a place for transformation, connection, and embodied learning.
