Therapeutic Approach

Nina’s therapeutic work combines a range of evidence-based methodologies, including Somatic Psychotherapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and other CBT-informed tools. Her approach is grounded in the belief that the mind and body are profoundly interconnected, and that sustainable healing arises when both are addressed with sensitivity, curiosity, and compassion.

Drawing on her extensive background in yoga, breathwork, somatic practices, psychology, applied neuroscience and trauma-informed education, Nina supports clients in developing greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience. Her work is integrative, person-centred, and tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

What to Expect

Before the first session, Nina will send a short intake form to help her gain an initial understanding of your background and what you wish to work on. Sessions unfold organically and collaboratively, guided by your needs in the moment.

During your work together, Nina may draw from:

  • Somatic and body-based techniques

  • Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)

  • Cognitive-behavioural tools

  • Breathwork, grounding, and regulation practices

  • Embodied awareness techniques

Each session aims to leave you feeling more grounded, centred, and connected, with practical tools you can integrate into your daily life.
