Learn more about Trauma-Sensitive Yoga and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Nidra

An essential guide for anyone seeking to use yoga as a tool for healing while creating safer and more compassionate yoga spaces. The author offers a wealth of valuable information and practical techniques that empower both facilitators and individuals to reconnect with their bodies in a safe and nurturing way. Having read several books on this subject, I can confidently say this is my favourite.
