Nina is an educator, somatic therapist, yoga therapist, author, and the founder of the Spanda Institute. She has a degree in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health and is passionate about bringing science-informed practices into the therapy, yoga and wellness spaces. Through her integrative approach to therapy and education, she is deeply devoted to helping others heal, grow, and thrive. This space reflects that commitment, a place for transformation, connection, and embodied learning.
